What we collect on this website

• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3C9Q8KJRFD) records page views and basic interaction events, including approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and the page or campaign that referred you.
• Advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel (ID 987909033844906) records page views and conversion events so we can measure advertising.
• Attribution. A first-touch cookie on the brokkrpay.com domain records which channel a visitor arrived from, so a later signup can be attributed to it.

What we collect when you open an account

• Account details you enter at account.brokkrpay.com: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and company details.
• Onboarding and underwriting information: your store URL, the products you sell, expected monthly volume, entity and ownership details, and processing history.
• Screening results, including ownership verification and sanctions checks.
• Operational records of the orders and payment links created through your account.

Card data and payments

BrokkrPay never sees or stores card details. Customers pay on a Stripe Checkout page, and Stripe is the processor for those payments. The charge runs on the merchant’s own Stripe account, and BrokkrPay does not hold, route, or take custody of funds. Stripe’s handling of cardholder data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy and its agreement with the merchant.

For a checkout redirect, the customer enters their email address on the Stripe Checkout page and BrokkrPay records it against the order once payment completes. Where a merchant chooses the alternate email-delivery path instead, the merchant supplies the customer’s email address so BrokkrPay can send the payment link to it.

Why we process it

• To provide the checkout software and confirm orders back to the merchant.
• To screen and underwrite merchants, and to meet sanctions and anti-fraud obligations.
• To measure how the website performs and how effective our advertising is.
• To communicate with merchants about their account.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, as the payment processor for every charge.
• Infrastructure and email providers that host the service and deliver our transactional email.
• Analytics and advertising providers, as described above.
• Where we are legally required to.

Retention

Account and order records are kept for as long as the account is open and afterwards for as long as we need them to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Website analytics data is retained according to the provider’s standard retention settings.

Your choices

• Browser controls and ad-blockers will stop the analytics and pixel scripts from loading.
• To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email info@brokkrpay.com.
• If you are a customer of a merchant using BrokkrPay, that merchant is the party you bought from — contact them first, and Stripe holds the payment record.

Changes

We update this policy when the product or our providers change. The version on this page is always the current one.
