BrokkrPay Inc. ("BrokkrPay", "we", "us") operates brokkrpay.com, the BrokkrPay portal and the BrokkrPay card processing service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it and the choices you have.

02What we collect on our website
- Analytics. Our own analytics records page views and basic interactions, including approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the page or campaign that referred you.
- Advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel records page views and sign-up events so we can measure our ads.
- Attribution. A first-party cookie on brokkrpay.com records the channel you arrived from, so a later sign-up can be credited to it.
03What we collect when you create an account
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored hashed).
- Company information: company registration details, the products you sell and your website.
- Credits and billing: records of your prepaid credit top-ups and the fees drawn from them.
- Portal activity: your settings, integration details and the actions you take in the portal.
04Payment and order data
When a customer pays one of our merchants, we process the order details needed to take the payment and show it in the merchant's portal. This includes the amount, the payment method type, the customer's email address and the result of our order screening.
Card details are entered on a secure checkout and handled by our card processor. BrokkrPay does not store full card numbers.
05Why we use your data
- To provide card processing, the portal and order confirmations.
- To screen orders and prevent fraud.
- To meet our legal obligations, including sanctions and anti-fraud requirements.
- To measure how our website and advertising perform.
- To contact you about your account.
07How long we keep it
We keep account and order records while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, accounting and dispute purposes. Advertising data follows each provider's standard retention settings.
08Your choices and rights
- You can block analytics and advertising scripts with your browser settings or an ad blocker.
- You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing info@brokkrpay.com.
09If you bought from one of our merchants
If you paid a store that uses BrokkrPay, contact that store first. They control your order and can help with refunds, delivery and your data. You can also reach us at info@brokkrpay.com.
10Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our product or providers change. The version on this page is always the current one.
