Terms of service

The rules for using BrokkrPay. In plain language.

01What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of brokkrpay.com, the BrokkrPay portal and the BrokkrPay card processing service. They form an agreement between you and BrokkrPay Inc. ("BrokkrPay", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you accept them.

02Your account

  • Give us accurate information about your company, the products you sell and your website, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details and API keys secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

03Businesses we serve

BrokkrPay serves lawful high-risk ecommerce businesses, including:

  • Research peptides
  • Supplements, nutraceuticals and nootropics
  • SARMs and research compounds

04Prohibited use

You may not use BrokkrPay for:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Sanctioned countries, persons or entities
  • Fraud, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, or counterfeit goods
  • Unlicensed gambling

05Fees and prepaid credits

  • BrokkrPay charges 2.5% + card processor fee on every payment.
  • The card processor fee varies by region. Your full fee list is in the portal once you've registered.
  • There is no setup fee, no monthly minimum and no rolling reserve.
  • Fees are paid with prepaid credits, drawn each time you receive a payment. Your first top-up must be at least 250 USD, which covers processing on your first 10,000 USD of orders. It is not a setup fee.

06Your obligations to your customers

You are the seller of record. You're responsible for fulfilling orders, handling refunds and disputes, the claims and marketing for your products, and complying with the laws that apply to your products where you sell them.

07Availability and liability

We work to keep BrokkrPay available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

08Changes and termination

  • We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current one.
  • Either of us can end this agreement. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
  • Ending the agreement doesn't affect payments already processed.
