Terms of Use

Software terms, not a merchant agreement

BrokkrPay supplies software. It is not a bank, acquirer, ISO, payment service provider, payment facilitator, money transmitter, or custodian of funds, and it does not issue merchant accounts. Nothing in these terms creates an acquiring relationship between you and BrokkrPay.

You remain the Stripe account holder

Charges created through BrokkrPay are processed on your own Stripe account. Your agreement with Stripe continues to apply to those charges in full, including Stripe’s own restricted-business rules, dispute handling, and payout schedule. You are responsible for keeping that account in good standing and for the accuracy of what you tell Stripe about your business. Funds settle to your Stripe balance and pay out to your own bank; BrokkrPay never holds, routes, or takes custody of them.

Underwriting and approval

Every merchant is screened and underwritten individually. We verify ownership and run sanctions checks, and we may ask for information about the business, its products, and its processing history. Onboarding is same-day for approved merchants — approval is never guaranteed, and we may decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including where a business changes after approval.

Verticals we serve, when approved

• Research peptides
• Supplements, nutraceuticals, and nootropics
• SARMs and research compounds
• Licensed iGaming, in jurisdictions where the operator holds a licence

Prohibited use

You may not use BrokkrPay for:

• Federally illegal goods or services
• Sanctioned countries, persons, or entities
• Fraud, ponzi or pyramid schemes, or counterfeit goods
• Unlicensed gambling
• Misrepresenting what you sell, to us, to Stripe, or to a card network

Fees

BrokkrPay charges a flat 2.5% of processed volume. Stripe’s standard processing rate applies on top and is paid to Stripe, not to us. There is no BrokkrPay setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no BrokkrPay rolling reserve. Current pricing is published on the pricing page.

Your obligations to your own customers

You are the seller of record for everything you sell. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, for your own refund and dispute handling, for your product claims and marketing, and for complying with the law that applies to your products in the places you sell them.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, BrokkrPay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing here transfers to BrokkrPay any obligation that sits with you or with Stripe under your Stripe agreement.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the version on this page is the current one. Either party may end the arrangement, and ending it does not affect charges already processed on your own Stripe account.
